Administrative-Accounting Assistant
We are seeking a motivated and eager-to-learn individual to join our team as an Administrative-Accounting Assistant. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, reliable, and looking for an opportunity to grow their skills in accounting and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accounts Payable (AP) / Accounts Receivable (AR): Process and manage incoming and outgoing payments.
- Data Entry & Record Keeping: Collect, verify, and record important financial and administrative data, including invoices, receipts, bank statements, and delivery notes.
- Invoice Review & Comparison: Ensure accuracy of invoices and perform comparisons as needed.
- Collections & Payments: Monitor and track collections and payments, ensuring all entries are accurately recorded and reconciled.
- Team Support: Assist team members in various administrative tasks and collaborate to meet deadlines.
- Troubleshooting: Identify issues and assist in finding solutions for any challenges that arise.
Qualifications:
- Basic understanding of accounting principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (intermediate level).
- Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus, but not required.
- Strong communication skills in English (advanced proficiency required).
- Ability to meet deadlines and work effectively in a team setting.
