ERP Support Analyst

What you will bring to the role:

Academic background in Data, Administration, Accounting, Statistics, Economy or Information Technologies.

Experience in providing technical support for ERP systems.

Fluent English for daily use (written and spoken).

Availability to work on weekdays in hybrid mode and in 8 hour shifts from 6AM to 7PM.

Your profile will stand out more if you have the following:

Certifications in relevant ERP Technologies (SAP, Oracle, etc.).

Knowledge about local finance systems, processes to handle sales and production.

Knowledge of Microsoft NAV2018 (Business Central) or D365 FO.

Position objectives

Provide technical assistance, troubleshooting, and end-user support for our current ERP system Microsoft NAV 2018.

Collaborate with users, cross-functional teams, and vendors to ensure the smooth operation of our ERP environment.

Standardize procedures across the organization and create detailed documentation.
