We are seeking a dynamic Product Manager. This is a unique opportunity to manage a product through its entire lifecycle, from gathering and prioritizing feature and customer requirements to defining the product vision and ensuring it meets market demands.
As the Product Manager, you'll work closely with Development, Marketing, and Management teams to ensure the product not only fits the market but also exceeds customer expectations. You'll be instrumental in planning and executing marketing campaigns in collaboration with various marketing departments, ensuring that our product marketing aligns seamlessly with the company's overarching strategy and goals.
What You will Bring:
At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably with ownership of a digital product.
A proven track record in collaborating with Marketing or Advertising agencies, in-house Creative Teams, or Web Development teams.
A solid understanding of email marketing, conversion funnels, and A/B testing.
A deep understanding of online entertainment products.
Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Business proficiency in both Spanish and English.
Availability to work in Zonamerica.
Highly Valued Qualifications:
Business proficiency in Brazilian Portuguese.
Knowledge of SEM and SEO strategies.
Experience working within Latin American markets.
A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a relevant field.
Responsibilities:
Recommending the present and future scopes of the product.
Helping form the vision, goals and strategies for the product alongside Head of the area and broader management.
Developing short-term plans in collaboration with Customer Acquisition and Customer Retention areas.
Analyzing and using data to make decisions that will result in product features recommendations and Marketing Campaigns.
Be able to develop and sell internally new marketing campaigns and promotions that will generate measurable results.
Collaborate with Creative and Web Development teams in the making of creative marketing campaigns.
Monitoring progress of the KPIs for the product and marketing campaigns such as both revenue and activity among others; both for the Product and Sub Products.
Engaging the rest of the teams to improve their product knowledge and interest.
Understanding the market´s online entertainment products landscape and its localized requirements by region.
