Role: Talent Acquisition Analyst
We are searching for a Talent Acquisition Analyst to join our HR team and play a key role in attracting, selecting, and onboarding talent. If you enjoy dynamic work, have experience recruiting technical profiles, and are passionate about connecting people with opportunities while building strong relationships along the way, this role is for you!
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Proven experience in talent acquisition and recruitment.
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple processes efficiently in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Experience recruiting technical IT profiles (developers, QA testers, UX/UI designers, Project Managers).
- Familiarity with recruitment tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job posting, résumé screening, interviews, and offer negotiation.
- Collaborate with team leaders to understand their needs and define ideal candidate profiles.
- Implement innovative strategies to attract talent in a competitive market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain and organize candidate databases with up-to-date records.
- Analyze recruitment data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement.
- Actively participate in employer branding initiatives alongside the Marketing team.
